This flag doesn't seem to be on FOTW (yet) - the closest I could come was the District Police flag, but the text above the eagle is different. We have many people working on flags in East Asia just now, so maybe someone can identify this one?

I sent a picture of a SK Coast guard boat flying both the National and CG flags. I couldn't get a better view and I can't write Korean, otherwise I could have drawn the flag for the FOTW website. Please see the SK Maritime Police emblem at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korea_Coast_Guard. If I'm not wrong, the official name of the ROKCG is "Maritime Police Agency".
